Salesforce Co-Lead
Erin is a Partner and Co-Lead of CrossCountry’s Salesforce practice, based in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Operating nationally, she partners with clients to develop the strategy and approach for leveraging the Salesforce platform in service of their business objectives across industries. Erin maintains active relationships with the firm’s largest accounts, organizations running complex, enterprise-scale technology programs, and plays a central role in shaping how CrossCountry delivers value across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Prior to CrossCountry, Erin co-founded and led Dupont Circle Solutions (DCS), a Salesforce consulting firm she grew into a top-tier partner in the ecosystem before its acquisition by CrossCountry. The firm’s success was built on a consistent focus on quality, accountability, and long-term client relationships. Before DCS, she spent more than a decade at Accenture, delivering large-scale technology transformations across both the commercial and federal sectors. Her commercial work centered on SAP implementations in field service and wholesale distribution, while in the federal government she led major Salesforce programs.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. She serves on the board of the YPO Washington, DC chapter and is a member of the Leadership Arlington Class of 2022.
