Xavier is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Accounting Advisory, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. With over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and technical accounting, Xavier is dedicated to providing high-value advisory services that empower the Office of the CFO. He specializes in guiding clients through complex technical transactions, including revenue recognition, debt and equity financing, share-based compensation, and debt restructuring. Xavier combines deep technical knowledge with a collaborative approach to help organizations navigate critical financial milestones and achieve their strategic objectives.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Xavier was a Partner at CNM LLP, where he led accounting and transaction services for the Los Angeles office. During his tenure, he developed extensive expertise in supporting companies through the full lifecycle of public market entry, including IPO and SPAC readiness. His role involved leading initial readiness discussions, preparing registration statements, and providing ongoing technical accounting and financial reporting support for public companies. Before his time at CNM, Xavier worked in the Audit Assurance practice at Ernst & Young, serving clients in the technology and consumer product industries in both Los Angeles and New York. There, he assisted numerous organizations with complex accounting matters such as revenue recognition for multiple-element arrangements and inventory valuation.
Xavier is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in California. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
