Greg is a Partner in both the Business Transformation and Integrated Risk Management practices at CrossCountry, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. With over 29 years of professional services and industry experience, Greg is a strategic advisor to his clients leading enterprise transformations and holistic, tech-enabled solutions across the offices of the CFO and CIO leveraging technology, process optimization, and data-driven insights to create bottom-line value. Additionally, Greg helps his clients establish and maintain their internal audit, governance, risk management, and compliance functions, providing clients with the expertise needed to implement robust controls and evaluate complex operational environments.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Greg served as the Business Transformation and Internal Audit Service Line Leader at CNM LLP. In this capacity, he was responsible for the strategic growth of the practice and provided hands-on guidance for compliance-based reviews and year-one SOX implementations. He frequently served as the outsourced lead of Internal Audit, reporting directly to Audit Committees to ensure transparency and accountability.
Before his tenure at CNM, Greg spent eight years in Southeast Asia, serving as the Chief Financial Officer for ZOE International and the International Director of Operations for The Exodus Road, Inc. Greg began his career at KPMG, where he spent nearly eight years in external financial audit and risk advisory services. Greg holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accountancy, Cum Laude, from California State University, Northridge. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California (Inactive).
