Prior to joining CrossCountry, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief of Staff at Cytel where he successfully led M&A strategies that expanded the company’s global presence across the life sciences professional service sector. Before that, he was Senior Director of Corporate Development at ZS Associates where he co-founded their corporate development function, established a robust acquisition pipeline, completed multiple acquisitions and minority investments, and helped establish ZS’s reputation as a trusted acquirer. Earlier in his career, Nick held a leadership role in Navigant Consulting’s corporate development function where he managed acquisitions, divestitures, and strategy across the financial services, healthcare, life sciences, energy sectors. Notably, he played a key role in creating a market-leading healthcare revenue cycle management platform through four complementary acquisitions.

Stephanie brings nearly 20 years of experience in leading complex risk transformation engagements across operational risk domains, including data, privacy, cyber, third-party risk management, resiliency, and AI. Based in CrossCountry’s Washington, D.C. office, she leads the national Strategic & Operational Risk capability, focusing on the development and transformation of large-scale risk programs to enable sustainable risk management.
Previously, Stephanie held leadership positions at Protiviti and Baker Tilly within their technology risk advisory practices. Stephanie has consistently demonstrated her expertise and adaptability in delivering impactful solutions, earning her a reputation as a trusted partner in the risk management and financial services communities.

Prior to that, Nick honed his expertise in corporate development roles at Allstate and CNA Insurance, specializing in strategic planning and M&A. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Associate at EDG Partners, focusing on investment opportunities and providing support to portfolio companies, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at KBW, where he sharpened his analytical and transactional skills.

As a former Global Leader for the Transactions Diligence & Divestiture Advisory Services Businesses and as the Americas DAS Leader, Paul led numerous significant transactions for major corporations, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as Cardinal Health and Medtronic. His insights have been featured in major media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal and CNBC, underscoring his influence and expertise in the field.

Robert spent over 23 years at Deloitte, retiring as Partner in 2023. He currently serves as the CEO of Hills Advisory Services – U.S. Inc where he continues to be a trusted advisor for clients. Although Robert has worked across a number of industries, much of his focus recently has been in the aviation, aerospace and defense, and related industries. His supply chain risk focus has included systems implementation, technical operations, supply management, planning, logistics, and distribution management. Earlier in his career, Robert was a mechanical design engineer at Honeywell, and a consultant at both AT Kearney and JSA International.

He also founded and led several of EY’s regional growth market businesses with strategy, operations, P&L, and talent management responsibility.
Mike currently serves as Advisory Board Chair for BUILD, a not-for-profit with the mission of igniting the power of youth in under-resourced communities to build career success, entrepreneurial mindsets, and opportunity. Bob is a proven industry leader with over 40 years of experience with more than 30 years as a partner at KPMG. Bob had numerous leadership roles at KPMG in his career. Since 2014, he was KPMG’s Global Partner in Charge of IT Business Services and was an Audit Committee Institute leader from 2002-2016 where he helped clients deal with emerging challenges and issues facing boards of public and private companies. From 2009 to 2014, Bob acted as the Advisory Business Unit Partner in Charge for KPMG’s Mid-Atlantic Region, responsible for all operations of the Firm’s largest advisory business unit. Prior to that, he was the Global partner in charge of Sarbanes Oxley 404 Services (2001-2007).

She also held positions in the firm’s National Securities and Exchange Commission Practice Group and National Aerospace and Defense Industry Practice where she provided guidance and thought leadership on accounting and financial reporting topics. Laura’s understanding and practical experience of the complexities of the role of the CFO and their finance organizations provides a unique perspective in applying CrossCountry’s integrated solutions to its clients’ most challenging problems.

He undertook various roles, including the Head of the Resource Management Organization (RMO) which includes, R&LS, Sourcing, Procurement, Third-Party Management and Citi’s Captive Solution Network. Prior to Citi, Bob was the head of Resource & Location Strategy and Sourcing and Procurement for JP Morgan and CTO of BellAtlantic.

Brent is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Accounting Advisory practice based in Detroit, Michigan. Brent is responsible for client delivery, strategy, and practice growth within the Detroit market and the Transactions practice nationally, utilizing his deep knowledge of transaction and M&A support across a range of industries, with a focus on diversified industrials.
With over 20 years of public accounting experience, Brent brings vast experience across the transaction lifecycle including sell-side and buy-side work for corporate clients, private equity firms, and private equity portfolio companies. Previously, he spent 20 years at EY in its Strategy and Transactions practice, leading engagements for corporate and private equity clients, primarily focused on complex divestitures.

Rishi is CrossCountry’s Healthcare Industry Lead in the national Private Equity practice, helping clients capture and build financial and operational value during the hold period for their investments. With 15 years of experience exclusively providing M&A transaction and financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate carve-out mandates, Rishi is an expert within the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries specializing in the healthcare provider and services sectors and brings valuable insight to his clients through all phases of the transaction lifecycle. His extensive experience expands the company’s relationships with private equity clients and supports the growth of our transaction advisory capabilities.
Previously, Rishi was a Managing Director within EY’s Health Sciences & Wellness Strategy and Transaction and Deloitte’s Life Sciences & Healthcare M&A Advisory practice focused on transaction diligence. In these roles, he supported clients in executing M&A transactions within various sub-sectors of the healthcare industry including for-profit and not-for-profit hospital systems, post-acute care, retail health, physician practice management and multi-site specialty practices, and behavioral health (substance abuse and mental health). Rishi also has extensive experience with health plans (Medicare Advantage, commercial/HMO, vision and dental plans), benefits and utilization management, and at-risk provider models.

With over 15 years of experience providing Integrated Risk Management services to top global Fortune 500 and emerging growth organizations, Ronel is responsible for client delivery, strategy, and the growth of the Risk Advisory practice on the West Coast.
Ronel has spent over a decade with CrossCountry, supporting clients through complex organization-wide risk, compliance, and transformation efforts. This includes guiding, planning, and executing engagements related to risk transformation, SOX readiness and compliance, internal and IT audits, and enterprise risk management. Before joining CrossCountry, she was with KPMG.

He also spent three years within EY’s EMEIA Integrated Capital Markets group in Dusseldorf, Germany assisting audits for large global foreign private issuers and provided advisory services on technical accounting and SEC matters. Jon received his B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst’s Isenburg School of Management and his M.S.A. from the University of Virginia. He is also a CPA in Massachusetts.
Iwan is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Dallas office supporting the firm’s Accounting Advisory and Private Equity practice. He has more than 20 years of experience across a wide range of industry sectors through mergers and acquisitions, including complicated carve-out divestitures and supporting the sell-side process for both corporate clients and private equity portfolio companies.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Iwan was with EY and PwC’s Transaction Practices, advising clients on M&A transactions. He began his career in EY’s Audit Practice in the Netherlands.

Previously, he served over five years at FISwhere he helped develop and supported credit card processing solutions for mid- and small-size banks.”

A retired partner from KPMG U.S., John previously served as Vice Chair for Clients and Markets where he oversaw client relationship development in their largest markets and industry sectors, as well as the National Managing Partner for Market Development, National Sector Leader for Energy, National Resources and Chemicals, and the Head of Power and Utilities for the Americas. He served as lead partner for many of KPMG’s clients in the energy industry and led advisory engagements in areas including strategy, M&A, organizational design, business process improvement, management reporting, and risk management and compliance.
John received his MS with honors in Accounting from Illinois State University.

Previously, Debra served as lead EY partner for clients who received advisory, transaction, and tax services. She has a wide breadth of expertise with global public and private companies in the technology and consumer products industries, and has extensive experience in providing global business leadership, strategic tax and transaction planning, and capital market and private equity services. She led numerous capital market transactions, working with global private equity funds on privatization transactions, investments, and IPO/exit readiness activities.
Debra is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a BBA in Finance and Accounting and completed the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management Executive Program and the Harvard Business School Strategic Leadership Program through EY. She is a Certified Public Accountant and qualified to serve as a financial expert under SEC and NYSE/NASDAQ listing rules. Jeff is a Partner in CrossCountry’s national Business Transformation practice where he works toward the convergence of the narratives between the office of the CFO and CIO to optimize business operations using technology and data. Based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, he has deep knowledge of the private equity and alternative assets industry, and partners with executives in order to create and deliver technology strategies.
Jeff is an accomplished executive with 23 years of experience demonstrating leadership skills to enable strategic transformation through firm-wide initiatives. Previously, he served over 11 years at The Carlyle Group, most recently as the CTO where he set the IT strategy for the firm to drive segment growth and optimize back-office functionality. Prior to that, Jeff spent over 10 years in Strategy and Operations at Deloitte where he focused on the development of long-term strategic relationships with Finance and IT executives.

As the former Chief Risk Officer for Prudential Financial, Inc., he brings significant expertise in defining risk management agendas, developing risk management infrastructure, and determining risk appetite for firms. Prior to Prudential, Nick spent nearly 30 years with the Bank of New York Mellon, gaining market perspectives and insights into credit cycles and portfolio management, the dangers of leverage, and the benefits of evaluating long-term drivers in analytics.
Nick currently serves as Advisory Council Member of the International Association of Credit Portfolio Managers (IACPM) and as a Board Trustee for The Mayhew Program. A sought-after speaker and author on current industry topics and trends, he has served as Practitioner in Residence at Georgetown University’s Edmund A. As Vice President of CrossCountry’s Corporate Technology Solutions, Liz is accountable for ensuring that all internal business applications are functioning properly to support the needs of our team members and driving the growth of our business. Liz has more than 25 years of progressive experience leading diverse initiatives specializing in Human Resource and Financial system implementations across various industries (financial services, healthcare, utilities, technology, and transportation). She has led numerous engagements at both domestic and international organizations. Additionally, Liz has experience with organizational change management, program management, application support and strategic leadership.
Liz’ previous experience includes Workday Practice Leadership at CrossVue (originally part of CrossCountry Consulting). Additionally, Liz has spent many years as an internal consultant to the Finance executive team at Freddie Mac. Her main areas of focus have been people, processes, and technologies for Finance, but have also included other operations such as procurement. She supports her customers by looking at problems from a big picture perspective that includes business process redesign through system implementation.

Prior to CrossCountry, Daragh previously spent over 20 years with KPMG LLP serving clients in the public and private sector. His most recent role at KPMG was as a Partner and Deputy Asset Management Practice Leader for the Midwest region based in Chicago. His experience includes large global public company audits, IPO’s, carve outs, and restatements, as well as audits for private equity and venture capital backed entities. Prior to transferring to the Chicago office, he worked in KPMG Dublin, Ireland for six years in the audit practice.

Prior to joining CrossCountry, Bruce led the Digital Procurement practice at Deloitte where he was a founding member of the SAP Ariba and Coupa practices. His extensive relationships with Chicago-based private equity firms will be invaluable as CrossCountry prioritizes private equity as a key avenue to fuel its growth in the greater Chicago area.
Pat is currently a member of the Board of Advisors at Collette, a company focused on providing unique and impactful travel experiences, as well as a member of the Global Advisory Council at the Impact Ireland Fund. He has served as a Board Member and Past Chair of the United Way of Metro Chicago, as well as a Board Member and Past Chair for Kids First Chicago. With more than 40 years’ experience in the advisory industry, financial expert Jim Logothetis provides objective insight for CrossCountry to aid overall strategic direction and decisions, support the evaluation of market opportunities, and provide operating and management advice.
Having held a number of senior leadership roles at Ernst & Young (EY), Jim has extensive knowledge of SEC financial reporting rules and regulations, familiarity with corporate financial staff organization and development, as well as comprehensive experience with merger and acquisition integrations. A proven industry leader, Jim provides guidance related to audit, accounting, regulatory issues, board governance matters, and enterprise risk management.
Before retiring from EY in 2019, Jim held the position of Lead Partner to some of the firm’s largest global clients – public and private. Jim has considerable boardroom experience that includes more than 500 audit committee and board meetings. He holds an M.B.A. in Accounting, Finance and International Business from The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Accountancy from De Paul University. He is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
As CFO, Steve brings with him decades of experience leading finance and cross-functional teams through periods of growth. He leads the development of corporate finance strategy and oversees all financial operations, including financial planning, treasury, operational metrics and analytics, accounting, tax, and reporting.
Steve is a seasoned, strategic CFO and has more than 25 years of financial management and professional services experience within publicly and privately held technology and service companies. He previously served as the Principal of Boyce Advisory Services which provides finance and accounting consulting to start-ups and growth-oriented companies. Prior to that, Steve served as the Chief Financial Officer of RRD Capital, LLC, a SPAC sponsor of RRD I Acquisition Corp. There, he led all RRD Capital finance functions, including accounting, financial planning, treasury, tax, and financial operations. His professional experience also includes time as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of MorganFranklin Consulting, LLC, and more than a decade at NeuStar, Inc. in a variety of roles including Vice President, Finance & Treasurer and Vice President, Finance & Corporate Controller.

Juliana is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CrossCountry Consulting. In this role, she is responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources including talent acquisition, talent management, overall HR strategy, HR compliance and diversity and inclusion. She brings to the firm over 15 years of experience in strategic thought leadership, talent management, team development, and client service industry experience.
Juliana began her career as a Big 4 consultant and gained experience with structured finance, process improvement and finance transformation. She transitioned into recruiting and HR after pursuing her MBA from the Smith School of Business and has built a high functioning HR and recruiting team at CrossCountry Consulting. Juliana uses a thoughtful and collaborative approach in serving as a strategic partner in building CrossCountry by maximizing the value of human capital and aligning it with company initiatives, values, strategies and the needs of all stakeholders.
Juliana received her BA in Economics and International Relations from Boston University and her MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
Amy brings more than thirty years of experience in consulting, operations, human resources and finance at top consulting and accounting firms. Amy’s responsibilities at CrossCountry include overseeing the Human Resources, Recruiting, Marketing, Technology and Operations functions for a rapidly growing consulting firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy served as Director of Operations at Navigant Consulting where she led the strategy and build-out of an internal operations platform to support 75 consultants and $45M of revenue. Her experience at Navigant included a global role where she led the Operations team for the Construction Practice based out of London. Amy also held operational leadership positions at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen where she managed finance, human resources, marketing, and communications for the Mid-Atlantic area, supporting more than 1,500 professionals. Prior to her operational experience, Amy was an auditor with Arthur Andersen and maintains her CPA.

Debbie, a champion of Digital Ventures at BCG, aspires to impact business in the future through Board and advisory roles, leveraging her finance, digital, and international skill-set to help a diverse set of purpose-driven private and public companies, while also serving the Board of Plan USA, a girls rights and development organization.
At BCG, Debbie was CFO for 12 years, and Head of Functions for 8 years, and served as a core member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Operating Committee, and Audit and Risk Committees, as well as other management and oversight teams. Debbie joined BCG as a partner in 2001 (from PwC), to assist the firm in its global expansion, as well as oversee its expert finance functions and HR operations (including compensation, benefits and mobility), before becoming CFO in 2007. Debbie helped manage BCG through the 2008-2009 financial crisis and subsequent years of high growth, as BCG tripled in size over her tenure, and deepened its global footprint, with more than 20,000 partners and staff located in 90+ cities in more than 50 countries today.
During the last five years at BCG, as BCG invested in new business models and Digital businesses, Debbie played a critical role in developing those operating models, supporting investments, and working with the firm’s partners to expand and integrate new capabilities into its client offerings.
Since retirement from BCG, Debbie has begun to quickly grow her Board experience. Beyond five years experience sitting on the Board of BCG’s Digital Ventures unit, Debbie is also on the Board of Trax Retail, a $170m revenue leader in digitizing the retail shelf, and serves as Board Chair for Formation, a start-up company in the personalization space. Debbie is also advising Digital Ventures, BCG, two funds, and vorteXplore. VorteXplore is taking a new approach to employee listening. With more than 38 years of experience providing auditing services to leaders in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, energy, technology, and hospitality, Tom Milbury has extensive business and financial strategy development experience including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, and risk management. With extensive experience serving large, global organizations with complicated accounting challenges, he supports CrossCountry’s management team with strategic perspectives on how to continue the firm’s growth in accounting, risk, and transformational capabilities.
Throughout his career in public accounting, Tom built strong relationships with the management teams and board constituencies of his clients who valued his advice on technical accounting and business issues, SEC filing requirements, and the internal control requirements of Rule 404 of Sarbanes Oxley. Previously, he served as Senior Partner with Deloitte and Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. He currently serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Vice Chair of the Board of New England Center and Home for Veterans.
Tom is a CPA and holds an MBA from Babson College.
With more than 25 years’ experience in the financial industry, veteran risk management executive Philippa Girling provides CrossCountry’s management team with strategic guidance and technical expertise in risk management, with additional focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) objectives.
Philippa has held senior risk management leadership positions at Investors Bank, Capital One, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura. Most recently, she served as Chief Risk Officer at Varo Bank N.A. during its establishment as the first fintech to obtain a national bank charter, before transitioning to Chief Impact Officer where she was responsible for the strategic design, execution, and measurement of the social and environmental impact of the company, including developing the ESG strategy; setting goals and measures for how to execute the strategy; and providing leadership and direction for the diversity and inclusion commitments and activities.
Philippa recently became Chair and CEO of Camp Chateau, a Netherlands based company focused on establishing and promoting equitable spaces and experiences for women. She has authored multiple textbooks on operational risk and is a regular lecturer on operational and enterprise risk management and has led classes at Wharton, UC Claremont, Columbia University, NYU Stern, and Baruch College.
Matt Devost is a noted technologist, entrepreneur, and international security expert with over 25 years of experience specializing in cybersecurity, counterterrorism, critical infrastructure protection, intelligence and risk management issues. As an entrepreneur, speaker, and author, Matt provides a broad range of business acumen and cybersecurity expertise.
As a founder of global cybersecurity consultancy FusionX, he served as President & CEO, helping an international clientele identify and manage dynamic threats in complex operational environments before being acquired by Accenture in 2015. There, he worked as Managing Director, where he led and grew the Global Cyber Defense practice. Matt was also a founding employee and Director of Intelligence Analysis for iDefense, operated as COO for iSIGHT Partners, a global risk identification and mitigation company, and was the founder of the Terrorism Research Center, Inc. (TRC), where he functioned as President and CEO. For 14 years, Matt was also an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University where he taught the flagship graduate course “Information Warfare and Security,” and was appointed as a special government advisor to counsel the U.S. Department of Defense leadership on a variety of issues from 2010-2013.
Matt is on the Advisory Board for the Washington, D.C.-based non-profit MissionLink, which has helped over 100 early stage companies identify mission and market requirements, is a mentor at the Virginia cybersecurity accelerator Mach37, and serves on the Black Hat advisory board, helping to shape the agenda for a series of world-class information security conferences.
George is an accounting expert with nearly 40 years of experience, bringing deep knowledge and relationships within the Boston and New England market. He is a CPA with extensive experience in accounting, SEC and financial reporting matters. His industry experience includes all areas of technology along with consumer products, retail, manufacturing, service and distribution.
George was the Managing Partner of EY’s Boston office as well as the New England market segment leader from 2012-17. He led double-digit market growth/revenues during all five years and was not only responsible for nearly 2,000 people, but also for the revenue goals for all service lines in the area. From 2002-12, he was a Senior Assurance Partner for EY, including leading the New England assurance practice. While in these roles, he helped a wide variety of companies in different industries, including on IPO and M&A transactions. Prior to that, George was an Assurance Partner at Arthur Andersen serving emerging and growth-oriented companies in all commercial sectors in the New England market from 1978-2002. George is currently a Senior Advisor to Avalt, a Boston-based private equity focused family office, and is a member of the board along with being the audit committee chair of EverQuote (Nasdaq-EVER). He is also the Chairman of the Board of Mass Mentoring Partnership and past chair of the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s. In addition, he serves as a Trustee for the Yawkey Foundation II and on the Board of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay, BELL and the Wonderfund.
As CrossCountry’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Tuesdee oversees a large team of corporate recruiters and coordinators and is responsible for creating (and executing) agile business-driven strategies designed to “scale” and support the high-volume demands of a rapidly growing firm. Tuesdee is passionate about combining cutting-edge technologies with tried-and-true recruiting methods to constantly provide a “Better Experience” for our candidates, business leaders, and fellow team members.
Prior to CrossCountry, Tuesdee served as Associate Director at PrimmCain, LLC, an executive search firm, where she was responsible for full-cycle recruiting and heavily utilized social media, networking, and relationship-based marketing to seek out top talent for premier companies in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
Tuesdee has a B.S. in Criminal Justice & Psychology from Radford University.
Scott is a Risk Partner within our Washington, D.C. office and the national leader of our Technology Risk practice. With over 20 years of consulting experience, he has served as a trusted advisor to Audit Committees and Boards of Directors of the Fortune 500 to emerging growth companies. Scott has deep knowledge and expertise in operational and technology risk, internal controls, and compliance with IT regulatory standards.
Scott began his career at KPMG with a focus on IT risk management serving several large public companies and federal government agencies. Prior to joining CrossCountry, he also led the IT Audit and Advisory practice for a regional consulting firm specializing in accounting, risk, profitability, and strategy solutions in the Baltimore/ Washington, D.C. area.
Scott received his BBA in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and holds multiple professional certifications including the CISA, CISM, CRISC, and CRMA.
As a Partner in our Boston Accounting Advisory practice, Jen is focused on building CrossCountry’s expertise and market presence in the biotechnology industry. She works collaboratively with clients at emerging growth companies, helping them prepare for strategic transactions (IPO, M&A etc.) and supports them in the post-transaction environment. Jen has extensive technical accounting experience and helps clients account for complex agreements and transactions, as well as significant experience helping public and venture-backed companies through times of change, including establishing and optimizing processes, training people, and selecting technology. Jen has led teams through IPO’s, carve-outs, and strategic FinOps projects (such as accelerating close timeline, establishing SOX controls, as well as system selection and integration).
Jen has over 15 years of experience leading assurance and advisory teams across various industries. Prior to joining CrossCountry, she was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) where she provided assurance services to companies of all sizes across various industries, with a focus on biotechnology. At EY, Jen was responsible for leading audit teams through several IPO’s, spin offs and divestures. She has had extensive involvement with SEC reporting requirements, internal control reporting, and technical accounting and reporting matters.
Jen has both a B.S. and MSA in Accounting from Boston College. She is a CPA registered in Massachusetts.
Amit is a Partner supporting CrossCountry Consulting’s national Accounting Advisory practice. His extensive experience serves the company’s private equity clients and further supports the growth of our technical accounting and financial reporting capabilities. His industry knowledge closely aligns with CrossCountry’s ability to assist clients through the most challenging accounting matters. He has led companies through complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and IPOs, enabling clients to be prepared and respond to the fast-evolving capital markets landscape.
With more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries, Goel is a trusted advisor with deep technical accounting expertise. Most recently, Goel served as the Chief Accounting Officer at CIRCOR International, Inc. There, he was responsible for the global accounting and financial reporting function, as well as leading the technical accounting, external reporting, and treasury and tax functions. He spent more than 15 years with Ernst & Young (EY), most recently as a Partner in their National Accounting Professional and Assurance practices.
Ryan is a Partner in CrossCountry’s New York office supporting the firm’s national Private Equity practice. With more than 20 years of public accounting and private equity-industry experience across a wide range of industry sectors, he works closely with private equity firms and portfolio companies to deliver best-in-class outcomes tied to business and fund performance. Ryan also works alongside firm leadership to help articulate growth and business development strategies nationwide.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Ryan was Senior Vice President, Finance, at Transom Capital Group where he partnered with portfolio company executive leadership teams on financial reporting and compliance, cashflow management, execution of strategic initiatives, and delivery of cross-functional operating efficiencies. He began his career at PwC before serving in various executive-level finance and strategic roles at private equity portfolio companies in the United States and United Kingdom.
Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Town and is a registered accountant in the United States, South Africa, England, and Wales.
Spencer is a Partner in CrossCountry Consulting’s Accounting Advisory practice based in the Pacific Northwest and provides leadership to the firm’s West Coast practice. He has over 16 years of experience helping companies resolve complex accounting, financial reporting, and compliance challenges. Spencer assists clients in the technology, biotech and other industries with corporate transactions and with ongoing accounting needs while coordinating CrossCountry’s other service offerings to provide integrated solutions.
Prior to CrossCountry, Spencer spent more than 13 years at Ernst & Young LLP where he served a broad range of companies, gaining extensive experience in global integrated audits, SOX 404, and resolving complex technical accounting and financial reporting matters. He also served within EY’s Global Exchange Program where he led audits and advisory work for multinational SEC registrants in Brussels, Belgium.
Spencer received a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from Gonzaga University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ken is a Partner and CrossCountry’s New York Market Leader. With 30 years of accounting experience, Ken has a proven track record in building accounting advisory practices across numerous service lines and industry verticals. He is responsible for directing our New York market strategy.
Prior to CrossCountry, Ken spent 25 years in Assurance at EY where he helped lead their go-to-market and execution within the Northeast Growth Markets practice. In that role, he was responsible for the oversight of numerous integrated audits of multinational corporations, as well as accounting advisory related to the adoption of new accounting standards, SOX 404 implementations, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures.
Ken has an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated with a BS in Business and Accounting from Fordham University.
Iris is a Partner in CrossCountry Consulting’s Accounting Advisory practice based in the New York office. She has worked extensively in the TMT market since 2003 and has helped numerous companies through complex transactions. Utilizing her deep industry knowledge and expertise across a variety of complex accounting and corporate transaction areas, Iris is responsible for client delivery, strategy, and practice and business development.
With an extensive background in IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, US GAAP, and IFRS, she has more than 20 years of experience in public practice supporting a wide range of industries. Prior to CrossCountry Consulting, Iris served as Partner at Connor Group where she helped to build the firm’s New York Technical Accounting and IPO practice. Prior to that, she worked in PwC’s Entertainment, Media, and Communication group where she worked with both private and public companies managing audits over financial statements and internal controls in a variety of industries including publishing, media, technology, and manufacturing.
Iris graduated with honors from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Commerce (Accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant (New York) and a Chartered Accountant from Canada.
Ryan is a Partner in CrossCountry Consulting’s national Private Equity practice based in the firm’s Boston office. He has over 20 years of experience providing financial, strategic and accounting advisory support to private equity and corporate clients across a wide range of industry sectors; including advising clients on over 100 M&A transactions.
Prior to joining CrossCountry in 2019, Ryan was a Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory Practice while based in London and Boston. Prior to that, Ryan worked at State Street as a Managing Director in their Corporate Strategy and Global Accounting Policy teams. Ryan began his career in KPMG’s Audit Practice in Chicago.
Ryan received a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska.
Pavel brings over 14 years of experience in the accounting industry, including in the implementation of new accounting standards (e.g., revenue and leasing), accounting for complex arrangements, and reporting considerations resulting from corporate transactions. His experience spans across a variety of industries with the most recent in the technology, government contracting, and life sciences sectors.
Prior to joining CrossCountry Consulting, Pavel began his career at PwC in the Assurance practice serving a diverse portfolio of public and private clients. There, he served as a Deals Director specializing in Accounting Advisory and Capital Markets Services (CMAAS). Pavel’s understanding of the audit requirement combined with his technical accounting expertise and extensive practical experience provides a perspective that helps his clients to solve complex problems effectively and efficiently.
Pavel is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and North Carolina. He received his Bachelors in Accounting and Economics from Belarusian State Economic University in Minsk, Belarus, and a Masters in Accounting from Wake Forest University.
Anita Stemmet is a Partner leading CrossCountry’s South Africa office where she supports and serves the needs of our U.S.-based clients across all of our practice areas, building on the firm’s existing strong operational framework. She has extensive experience in leading teams and assisting clients with corporate transactions and IFRS reporting, and plays an instrumental role in developing an integrated solutions strategy for our clients and building our presence in South Africa.
Anita has over 30 years of experience leading the audits of private and public companies, groups, and local subsidiaries of multinational organizations. She is experienced in stakeholder management and working with members of the Board of Directors and Audit and Risk Committees.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Anita served as Director and Assurance Partner at PwC for more than 20 years as an auditor and a member of the Africa Partner Admissions Council. Additionally, she was the Ethics Champion of PwC Western Cape, lead the regional Learning & Development group, and was a founding member of the PwC Global Gender Advisory Council (rebranded as the D&I Council).
Anita received her B Accountancy Hons from the University of Stellenbosch, is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a registered auditor with the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors.
With over 20 years of experience defining and delivering transformations for a global client base, Cade helps companies transform their Procurement and Supply Chain function. He has extensive experience across the Procurement lifecycle, from category management and strategic sourcing through contract management, supplier management, and operational procurement. Cade has helped numerous Fortune 500 clients reimagine their operating model while implementing leading ERP and cloud technology solutions. As a leader in the Enterprise Cost Improvement practice, his experience defining the procurement digital strategy and future roadmap with emerging technologies, as well as developing future procurement and supply chain target operating models, helps to achieve real, measurable value for CrossCountry’s Business Transformation and Technology Solutions service lines.
Previously, Cade was a Director in PwC’s Digital Procurement and Sourcing team where he co-led the Coupa practice and Procurement Transformation capability. He began his career at Ford Motor Company in the Vehicle Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain functions.
Cade received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and was also a member of the varsity tennis team for the Boilermakers.
Bob is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Accounting Advisory practice where he leads the firm’s National Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting function. With his talent for identifying the impact of accounting, regulatory and transformational change on the finance function, including accounting and financial reporting and related systems and processes, Bob is responsible for strategy, client delivery, and practice and business development.
As a prior Global Assurance Partner at a Big Four firm with more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries, Bob is a trusted advisor who works directly with CFOs and CEOs, providing insights to transform finance functions, and navigate complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and risk management opportunities across all risk types to enable clients to better prepare and respond to the ever-evolving risk landscape.
Most recently, Bob served as a Partner at Ernst & Young in their Assurance Services practice where he assisted a broad range of companies – from midmarket private to Fortune 100 public. He also served as a member of Ernst & Young’s national Professional Practice Group, which included providing audit teams guidance and training in order to help deliver high-quality audits firmwide and support them through internal and external inspections.
Bob received his BS in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut, New York, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Jay Spencer is CrossCountry’s Boston Office Managing Partner. Utilizing his deep industry knowledge and experience across a variety of complex accounting, transaction, internal control, and risk areas, Jay is responsible for client delivery, strategy, and practice and business development.
Jay has over 30 years of experience supporting public and private startups to Fortune 100 companies, across all commercial industries. His extensive involvement with SEC reporting requirements, internal control reporting, and mergers and acquisitions will provide greater support to CFOs, controllers, and their organizations by helping to anticipate and respond to accounting and transaction-related demands. Given current market conditions, his focus on technical accounting, engagement quality, and responsive execution will be invaluable to the Office of the CFO as client needs continue to grow and expand.
Most recently, Jay served as a Partner at Ernst & Young leading high-performing teams in the execution of financial statement audits and audits of internal controls over financial reporting. He also served as a member of Ernst & Young’s national professional practice group, which included coordinating and supporting teams through internal and external inspections. Jay also previously served as Controller at E Ink Corporation, a technology start-up, where he built the initial accounting team, implemented their first enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and led drafting of financial aspects of an S-1.
A certified CPA in Massachusetts, Jay has a BS in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Boston College. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Museum of Science.
Tom Alexander is a Partner in CrossCountry’s national Business Transformation practice where he focuses on large enterprise transformation. A highly experienced finance leader skilled in spearheading agile transformation, digitalizing legacy finance processes, and improving operating margins, Tom plays an instrumental role in developing a national, integrated solutions strategy for clients.
Tom has over 20 years of experience creating best-in-class data and analytics solutions for business unit leaders and individuals, implementing artificial intelligence and other technologies, streamlining and automating at scale across accounting and internal controls, and developing the finance function of the future through digitalization and employee engagement.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Tom held a number of leadership positions throughout his 22-year career at PwC including serving as the firm’s U.S. Controller where he led a successful multi-year effort to transform the finance function. Previously, he was the CFO of the Assurance practice and a member of the Enterprise Solution Center’s leadership council, helping to influence operations for the firm. Tom has also contributed to Gartner’s “Controllership in the Digital Age,” is a Synapse board member, and is an avid public speaker on the journey to digital.
Tom received a degree in Accounting from Westminister College.
Karalee works closely with executives of publicly-traded and non-profit organizations in the areas of risk management, internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing, process improvement and regulatory compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley.
Prior to joining CrossCountry Consulting, Karalee served as Vice President of Internal Audit with Strayer Education where she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of internal audit, including regulatory compliance programs that supported institutional, federal and state requirements. Before joining Strayer Education, Karalee was the Vice President of Internal Audit for The Mills Corporation where she established and developed the internal audit function, implemented the Sarbanes-Oxley program, and worked with senior management to implement an enterprise-wide risk assessment process. Karalee began her career in the consulting industry working for Arthur Andersen.
Karalee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.
Roderick leads CrossCountry’s Corporate Strategy function and serves as a Partner in the firm’s Private Equity practice.
In his Corporate Strategy role, Roderick works with CrossCountry leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, including long-term strategic planning and corporate development.
Roderick is also a Partner in the firm’s national Private Equity practice where he provides financial, strategic, and accounting advisory support to private equity firms and their portfolio companies across a wide range of industry sectors.
Roderick began his career at Arthur Andersen as a member of the firm’s Audit practice. In 2011, Roderick joined Erik Linn, Dave Kay, and Neil Smith to start CrossCountry.
Roderick received his BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chris Clapp leads CrossCountry’s national Private Equity practice where he is responsible for the overall strategy, practice development, business development, and client delivery to the firm’s private equity accounts. In this role, Chris serves as a trusted business partner to leading private equity firms, family offices, and venture capital firms to empower value creation within their portfolios by executing in accordance with their investment thesis. Chris has extensive experience driving operational improvements at portfolio companies as well as executing strategic transactions, including IPOs, M&A, carve-outs, and divestitures.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Chris was a Managing Director at MorganFranklin Consulting where he founded and led the Private Equity Services practice and served as the Northeast Market and IPO Readiness Services Line leader. Chris started his career in the Audit and Transaction Services practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Chris received his BBA and Masters in Accounting from James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Kati leads our Transaction Advisory Solutions with over 30 years of advisory and accounting experience working with private and public companies through mergers and acquisitions, divestitures including spin-offs, and initial public offerings. Her experience is vast including technical accounting and financial reporting, risks and internal controls, and operational readiness. Her clients range from emerging growth companies to Fortune 100 public companies. She works with executive management and boards providing strategies and transactional guidance regarding transformational initiatives.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Kati was an assurance partner at Ernst & Young and was a member of Ernst & Young’s Global Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction sector team. She spent over 20 years in the Big Four executing financial statement audits and audits of internal controls over financial reporting; leading technical accounting matters and implementation of new accounting standards; and SEC and other regulatory compliance requirements.
She has served as a Board Director and Audit Committee Chair of a public company (NYSE) and additionally serves on several non-profit organizations. Kati is as an advisor and adjunct professor at the Catholic University of America School of Business. She received her BA and Master’s in Accounting from the Catholic University of America and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Harpreet has over 15 years of experience in managing global, complex and large scale finance system implementations. He has been supporting Fortune 500 clients in managing their complex global implementations. Recently Harpreet has been managing the implementations for cloud based finance applications like Workday/Coupa for clients. He brings a great blend of business process and technical expertise to support his clients.
Prior to joining CrossCountry Consulting, Harpreet was the CEO of H2BSYSTEMS where he was a trusted advisor on global ERP Implementations. Prior to that he was a Senior Manager in the consulting division at MorganFranklin, where delivered solutions aligned to ERP (Oracle Financials) implementations and support. Harpreet has participated in and also delivered many presentations at product conferences over the years. He started his career at BT managing Finance systems implementations and support.
Harpreet received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management of Information Systems from George Mason University.
Keith is a Partner leading CrossCountry Consulting’s National Transformation and Technology Enablement practices, including Strategic Alliances with Sage Intacct, OneStream, Coupa, and NetSuite. Responsible for driving holistic integrated solutions across the Offices of the CFO and CIO, private equity, and other corporate functional leaders, he guides service delivery, commercial operations, and firmwide excellence. With nearly 30 years of experience within professional services and industry roles, Keith has managed and executed complex accounting processes and functions and driven large-scale finance transformation initiatives that create bottom-line value to the CFO organization. This work has included generating and delivering a strategic finance roadmap to optimize processes, identify and implement an appropriate technology stack, and maximize the return on enterprise transformation.
Keith began his career at Arthur Andersen in the assurance practice. In 1999, he left audit to enhance his client service skills by joining Capital Advisory Services, LLC, founded by Erik Linn. Keith then spent 15 years in the financial services industry serving in senior corporate finance roles, including Business Unit Controller at Freddie Mac, SVP and Head of Accounting Operations at State Street Corporation, and SVP and Corporate Controller of Santander Bank N.A. He returned to professional services at CrossCountry Consulting in 2016 by opening the Boston office.
Keith graduated from William & Mary with a BBA in Accounting and has a Masters degree in Finance from Boston College. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Northern New England.
Cameron Over leads the Cyber & Privacy service line. Cameron has significant experience advising organizations with transforming their cybersecurity and privacy programs. Her team offers a full suite of services to deliver both policy and governance support as well as deep technical cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to industries including financial services (banking, broker dealer, fintech, pre-IPO, M&A), critical infrastructure, technology, healthcare, education, and non-profit, among others.
Cameron has been in the field of information security since the late 90’s. From mid-high school, she was exposed to early network discovery techniques while interning with DoD agencies, and held a Top Secret security clearance for more than 15 years. She grew her career assisting countless agencies with their most pressing security challenges, including specialized skills and expertise in Unix and Linux operating systems, Domain Name Services (DNS), Cross-Domain systems handling highly classified data, and web server and application security.
Cameron now leads a team at CrossCountry comprised of cyber risk management, privacy and data protection, cloud security, security architecture and engineering, and advanced cyber risk, including threat intelligence, threat modeling, and advanced attack emulation. The team has developed a Cyber Fusion Lab, proprietary to the firm, as a highly secure environment with which to conduct assessments, testing, and analysis.
Prior to joining CrossCountry Consulting, Cameron served as a Senior Associate for Booz Allen Hamilton in the Washington DC Metro area. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Cameron was a Unix Security Engineer with Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Mary Washington. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and regularly blogs and speaks at events including RSA Conference, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), ISC2, Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), and other events.
Shawn Degnan leads Cross Country Consulting’s National Accounting Advisory practice and the Washington, D.C. Office, where he is responsible for the overall strategy, client delivery and people, as well as practice and business development. In this role, Shawn guides service delivery for private and public companies, ranging from growth-oriented venture capital and private equity backed businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He brings more than 20 years of experience advising clients on complex technical accounting issues and strategic transactions, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and spinoffs.
Prior to joining Cross Country, Shawn spent nine years at MorganFranklin Consulting as Managing Director and Commercial Market Leader guiding all aspects of the firm’s commercial practice. He spent the first 12 years of his career with EY in its Global Capital Markets and Assurance practices leading delivery of both audit and advisory engagements for large, global SEC registrants and private companies.
Shawn received his BS in Accounting, Finance and Internal Audit from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
As the firm’s consulting practice leader, Neil is responsible for leading the teams that develop and deliver advisory services and technology solutions to CrossCountry’s clients. He has over twenty years of experience assisting clients with optimizing operations, finance, and accounting functions and leading organizations through complex change initiatives. Neil continues to serve as an advisor to executive-level clients at Fortune 500 and emerging growth organizations across multiple industries.
Neil started his career at Arthur Andersen in the Business Consulting practice, where his primary focus was finance function improvement. Neil also worked as a consultant for BearingPoint, where he continued to develop his focus in performance improvement. In 2003, he left BearingPoint to join Capital Advisory Services, LLC (“CapAdvisory”). After the acquisition of CapAdvisory by Navigant Consulting, Neil joined Freddie Mac as a Business Projects Director in the Finance division. He left Freddie Mac in 2006 to return to consulting and helped found CrossCountry Consulting in 2011.
Neil received his BA in English from The George Washington University. He currently serves as the Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee for Junior Achievement of Greater Washington.
Molly Williams leads corporate marketing and communications at CrossCountry and is responsible for designing and executing a robust, strategic program in alignment with the firm’s business objectives and growth priorities. She has extensive experience in business-to-business marketing and the consulting and technology industries.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Molly led marketing at Riveron for three years and earned industry recognition for the firm’s rebranding efforts. She started her career at Accenture and had a long tenure there, with roles in marketing and communications, global operations, and change management consulting. She also spent time at Dell Technologies, leading marketing for the industry and analytics consulting services portfolio.
Molly has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
Erik brings almost 20 years of experience founding, leading and growing consulting companies. He has a consistent track record of assembling world class leadership teams, serving high profile clients and scaling businesses. Erik is very passionate that CrossCountry’s employees and clients get a “better experience.”
Previously, Erik served as Managing Director and Practice Leader for Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse) Finance and Accounting Solutions practice, which he co-led with Dave Kay. There, he was responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning and market positioning, acquisition investment strategy and integration, and business development activities related to the financial services industry. Additionally, Erik served on Navigant’s Management Committee where he advised executive leadership on strategic and operational issues facing the firm.
Prior to joining Navigant, Erik was founder and CEO of Capital Advisory Services, LLC. He led CapAdvisory through five years of tremendous growth before selling his firm to Navigant in 2004.
Erik began his career at Arthur Andersen in the firm’s Audit and Business Advisory division. He received a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University.
Sean is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Washington, D.C. office where he co-leads the firm’s Asset Management practice and Human Capital Transformation offerings. He has over 20 years of experience serving in senior operational and client service leadership roles, developing and executing successful strategies, leading organization-wide process innovation, building teams, managing large projects, and collaborating with other executives.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of a top 100 professional services firm. In that role, he was responsible for leading the firm’s human resources, finance, marketing, risk management, real estate, and administration. He oversaw firm-wide projects, including mergers and acquisitions, process improvement for financial and operational processes, and real estate changes. Prior to that experience, Sean worked in the Washington, D.C. offices of PwC and then in the risk advisory practice of Baker Tilly.
Sean received an MA in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and a BA from Boston College. In addition, Sean holds a PMP certification. He serves on the Associate Leadership Council of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington.
Alan is a Partner leading our Business Transformation practice in New York focusing on Financial Services, Fintech and Commercial industries. He has over 15 years of experience working with companies across these industries on complex transformation projects, including numerous projects around the transformation of the Office of the CFO within organizations. These projects include Close Optimization, Technology Strategy, FP&A/ERP tool selection and implementation, and process improvements through the use of Automation and Analytics. Additionally, Alan has led several IPO Readiness engagements focusing on companies’ readiness to operate as a public company through a people, process and technology lens. Previously, he also led transformation programs at Financial Services clients in areas including AML/KYC, Payment Remittance, Credit Risk Reporting and Front Office support.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Alan spent five years in the Audit Practice at KPMG in Ireland, working on large publicly traded clients in the Consumer and Industrial Markets.
Alan received his BA in Economics from University College Dublin. He is also a Chartered Accountant and CAMS certified. Alan also sits on the Executive Board of Chartered Accountants Worldwide Network USA.
Jill Agudelo is a Partner and CrossCountry’s National Risk Advisory practice leader. She has over 20 years of experience in internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), enterprise risk management, internal controls, and organizational change management. Jill specializes in helping organizations solve their most complex risk and internal controls challenges. She leads our efforts to ensure our Risk team is Future Ready to drive risk transformation for our clients.
Jill began her career at ExxonMobil in Internal Audit. In 2004, Jill left ExxonMobil to begin her consulting career and further developed her expertise with both Navigant Consulting and MorganFranklin Corporation. She specialized in assisting organizations implement internal audit and SOX compliance programs, including ongoing controls optimization, automation, and remediation. Jill has spent much of her career providing services to Financial Services clients, with a focus in the secondary mortgage market. Her industry experience has also included energy, biomedical, telecommunications, non-profit, insurance and manufacturing industries.
Jill received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida.
Keith has significant experience working with clients and executives in the Financial Services industry to design and implement finance and operational process transformations. Keith works with clients to interpret organizational change through target operating model development and respond to regulatory mandates by re-designing regulatory reporting processes and implementing effective data governance standards.
Keith began his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (“PwC”) Washington Consulting Practice, assisting Federal Agencies like the Department of Justice and Small Business Administration with CFO Act Compliance. Keith left PwC in 2003 to join Capital Advisory Services, LLC (“CapAdvisory”) with Mr. Linn. After the acquisition of CapAdvisory by Navigant, Keith continued his work with Navigant’s Financial Services practice, assisting clients ranging in size from Fortune 50 to Venture-backed start-ups. Keith left Navigant in 2009 to serve as a Director of Planning and Strategy in Freddie Mac’s Single Family business unit. Keith joined CrossCountry Consulting in 2011.
Keith holds a BA from Hamilton College in Government and English Literature.
Bruce is a Partner in CrossCountry’s New York office where he leads the firm’s Asset Management practice. He has significant experience assisting companies across all of CrossCountry’s service lines including: Business Transformation, Accounting Advisory, Risk and Technology.
Bruce’s consulting trajectory began with KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint where he worked in the eCommerce and Real Estate practices before ultimately serving as a Senior Manager in the Lending and Leasing team. Following BearingPoint, Bruce led the New York Financial Services Practice for Navigant Consulting and then the Commercial Banking practice for Capco before reuniting with former colleagues at CrossCountry.
Bruce began his career in the IT area of AT&T Bell Laboratories and Merrill Lynch. He has a BS in Computer Science from Queens College and an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University.
Dave brings a wealth of business and technical knowledge to CrossCountry and its clients from his 30 year career; spanning roles in public accounting, finance function consulting, as an executive level CFO in public companies, and as a board and audit committee member on several public company boards.
Dave’s career includes over 22 years with Arthur Andersen, where he held management roles as the Managing Partner of the Pittsburgh office (1997 to 1999) and Managing Partner of the Mid-Atlantic Assurance and Risk Management practices (1999 to 2002). In 2002, he served as Chief Financial Officer of J.E. Robert Companies, a $5 billion real estate opportunity fund manager. Dave joined Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse) to co-lead the firm’s Finance and Accounting Solutions practice with Erik. Following that, he became the Chief Financial Officer of MuniMae, a diversified real estate company.
Dave served on the following public company boards: Chevy Chase Bank, Saul Centers REIT and Capital Automotive REIT.
