At CrossCountry Consulting, creating a Better Experience extends beyond our clients and teams. It is reflected in how we invest in our communities and the next generation of leaders. Our continued national partnership with Junior Achievement brings that commitment to life in meaningful ways. Over the past year, that impact has expanded in both scale and depth.

Over the past year, CrossCountry supported Junior Achievement programming across 9 US markets and 3 global locations, reaching more than 1,700 students and engaging 61 classrooms. From Greater Washington, DC to South Africa, Ireland to Northern California, our teams helped deliver financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurial education to students navigating their futures. What makes this work especially powerful is the human connection behind it.

More than 160 CrossCountry volunteers stepped into classrooms and mentorship roles, sharing real-world experiences and practical insights that helped bridge the gap between education and the workforce. Whether guiding students through budgeting simulations or supporting career exploration conversations, these moments created tangible learning experiences that extend far beyond the classroom.

Through programs such as Finance Park, BizTown, and 3DE, students were encouraged to think critically, collaborate with peers, and make informed decisions about their financial futures. The result is not just increased knowledge, but greater confidence and a clearer sense of what is possible.

The feedback reinforces this impact. Educators observed stronger engagement and collaboration among students. Volunteers described the experience as energizing and deeply meaningful. Students themselves walked away with a stronger understanding of saving, budgeting, and making thoughtful financial decisions.

This partnership also reflects how CrossCountry approaches community impact more broadly. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, our teams worked alongside local Junior Achievement chapters to tailor programming to the needs of each community. That flexibility allowed for more relevant, localized experiences that meet students where they are.

As we look ahead, the opportunity continues to grow. The combination of financial investment, volunteer engagement, and community partnership creates a multiplier effect that extends far beyond a single classroom or event.

Together, we are helping to expand access to opportunity, strengthen economic understanding, and inspire the next generation to lead with confidence.
