At CrossCountry, creating A Better Experience extends beyond our work with clients and colleagues. It also means investing in the communities where we live and work.
Recently, members of our Malaysia team put that commitment into action through a volunteer event with Junior Achievement (JA) Malaysia, engaging with students through hands-on learning and career-focused conversations.
During the event, CrossCountry volunteers worked directly with students to connect classroom learning with real-world experiences. Through interactive activities and discussion, students explored topics related to financial literacy, business, and career readiness while hearing directly from professionals about their own career journeys.
The experience also gave our Malaysia team an opportunity to use their skills in a different setting and contribute to the development of young people in their local community.
JA Malaysia, part of Junior Achievement Worldwide, focuses on preparing young people for future success through programs centered on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness.
A Growing Partnership With Junior Achievement
CrossCountry’s work with JA extends well beyond Malaysia.
The firm selected Junior Achievement as a cornerstone of its Corporate Social Responsibility program because of the organization’s focus on education, economic opportunity, and practical learning experiences that can be adapted to local communities.
Across the firm, CrossCountry employees have volunteered in classrooms, supported financial simulations and career-readiness programs, and shared professional insights with students at different stages of their education.
During the 2025-2026 program year, CrossCountry supported JA programming across 12 locations, reaching more than 1,700 students. More than 160 CrossCountry employees also volunteered their time, helping bring lessons in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career exploration to life.
Expanding Our Community Impact
The Malaysia event marks another step in the continued expansion of that partnership.
As CrossCountry’s global presence grows, opportunities like this allow our teams to support the communities around them while contributing to a shared firmwide commitment to education and economic opportunity.
Junior Achievement’s locally driven approach makes that possible. Programs can reflect the needs of each community while still advancing a common goal: helping young people develop the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they can carry into their futures.
We are proud of our Malaysia colleagues for bringing CrossCountry’s JA partnership to another community and grateful to JA Malaysia for creating an opportunity for our team to connect with and support local students.
Through partnerships like this, our people can turn their professional experience into something equally valuable outside the workplace: an opportunity to help prepare the next generation for what comes next.
