Juliana is the Vice President of Human Capital at CrossCountry Consulting. In this role, she is responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources including talent acquisition, talent management, overall HR strategy, HR compliance and diversity and inclusion. She brings to the firm over 15 years of experience in strategic thought leadership, talent management, team development, and client service industry experience.
Juliana began her career as a Big 4 consultant and gained experience with structured finance, process improvement and finance transformation. She transitioned into recruiting and HR after pursuing her MBA from the Smith School of Business and has built a high functioning HR and recruiting team at CrossCountry Consulting. Juliana uses a thoughtful and collaborative approach in serving as a strategic partner in building CrossCountry by maximizing the value of human capital and aligning it with company initiatives, values, strategies and the needs of all stakeholders.
Juliana received her BA in Economics and International Relations from Boston University and her MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
