Adam works within the firm’s Accounting Advisory service line, where he focuses on helping clients implement the new revenue recognition rules.
Adam brings over 15 years of technical accounting experience in a broad range of capacities – auditor, regulator, advisor and industry professional. Most recently, he led Towers Watson’s implementation of the new revenue recognition rules. He also worked as a Senior Manager in EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice, where he managed large, complex accounting and financial reporting engagements. Additionally, he has advised clients on US GAAP, IFRS and SEC reporting matters concerning cross-border and other transactions while working for EY’s Capital Markets group in London. Adam also worked in the Division of Corporation Finance at the SEC where he reviewed SEC filings to identify material accounting, financial reporting and disclosure deficiencies. Adam began his career as an auditor with KPMG.
Adam received his BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
