Dara brings an exceptional blend of strategic vision and financial expertise to her role on the Advisory Counsil. With a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and fostering operational excellence, she leads with a focus on empowering teams, driving client success, and spearheading growth initiatives across the dynamic California market.
Dara’s career spans over three decades, during which she has demonstrated her ability to lead complex financial transformations and strengthen organizational frameworks. She currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Robinhood Markets, Inc. and previously served as the California Market Leader and San Francisco Office Managing Partner for CrossCountry Consulting. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at T-Mobile, playing an instrumental role in the integration of the Sprint merger and executing a comprehensive back-office finance transformation. Her expertise encompasses US GAAP, SEC reporting, M&A integration, governance, risk, and compliance, as well as technological advancements in finance, such as AI-driven strategies and digital finance transformation. Before her tenure at T-Mobile, Dara held senior leadership roles at CBRE, Gap Inc., and was an SEC Assurance Audit Partner at both PwC and KPMG.
Dara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from California State University-Sacramento and has been recognized among the ‘Bay Area’s Most Influential Women’ by the San Francisco Business Times. Her leadership extends beyond corporate settings, with board roles of Audit Committee Chair at Once Upon A Farm, and Chairman and Audit Committee Chair of Lulus.com.
