Mike Tooliatos
Private Equity
Mike is a Partner in the national Private Equity practice at CrossCountry Consulting, where he leads engagements within the financial due diligence team. With over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and due diligence, Mike serves as a strategic advisor to both private and public entities navigating the complexities of the M&A lifecycle. He specializes in providing buy-side and sell-side quality of earnings reports and closing balance sheet support, connecting clients with the right cross-functional teams to drive value during the holding period. Mike has deep expertise in the industrial and manufacturing sectors and is passionate about helping private equity firms execute successful roll-up strategies across industries such as HVAC, professional services, property management, and home services.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Mike spent a decade at Corporate Diligence Specialists (CDS), ending his tenure there as Partner. Previously, he spent two years at KKR as a Senior Manager on the accounting and operations team, focusing on Direct Lending and Special Situations investments. His background also includes five years in the Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco, where he served as a Manager in the financial services audit group.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
