Sage Intacct Practice
Megan is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Sage Intacct practice, based in the Washington, DC office. She leads the firm’s Sage Intacct and Rillet partnerships and the service offerings that support them, helping finance leaders modernize their accounting systems and build scalable, future-ready finance functions. Megan serves clients nationally and continues to expand CrossCountry’s technology partnership portfolio as the practice grows.
Megan brings deep expertise in end-to-end ERP implementation, guiding mid-market companies through every phase from requirements and design to configuration, data conversion, testing, and go-live. She directs complex, multi-workstream programs, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder governance with precision. Her work spans process improvement, systems integration, and long-term technology strategy; she designs full technology stacks built around the ERP, including CRM, billing, payroll, procurement, expense, and reporting platforms. Megan serves clients across private equity-backed companies, financial services, professional services, nonprofit organizations, and software and technology firms. Before joining CrossCountry, she spent five years at Baker Tilly as a Manager in Business Information Systems, where she focused on system implementations and optimization for government contracting clients.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
