Lindsi is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Accounting Advisory practice. With nearly two decades of experience, Lindsi specializes in delivering agile, results-driven advisory services to clients across the Life Sciences, Technology, Media, Consumer Products, and Manufacturing industries. She is renowned for her ability to support the evolving needs of the CFO’s office, guiding organizations through complex financial transformations and scaling finance and accounting functions to meet the demands of dynamic investor landscapes.
Throughout her career, Lindsi has demonstrated exceptional expertise in IPO readiness, technical accounting, and strategic financial operations. She is a subject matter expert in license and collaboration arrangements and has deep experience overseeing intricate technical analyses, multi-currency consolidations, and the drafting of SEC-compliant financial statements. Her leadership extends to interim roles as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, where she has successfully built and optimized corporate accounting departments, implemented global policies, and enhanced operational efficiencies. Lindsi began her career at PwC in the audit practice where she served primarily public, multinational clients before spending over a decade at CFGI.
Lindsi holds a B.S. in Accounting with a Minor in the Legal Environment of Business from Penn State University, where she graduated with high distinction.
