Kate Saeva
Private Equity
Kate is a Partner in CrossCountry Consulting’s Private Equity practice. Based in Seattle, she plays a key role in expanding the firm’s national market presence and advancing its M&A suite of services. Her work centers on delivering Transaction Services and Office of the CFO (OCFO) advisory for private companies – helping finance executives navigate complex transactions, drive strategic value, and position their organizations for long-term growth.
Before joining CrossCountry, Kate served as a Deal Advisory Director at KPMG, where she led cross-functional engagements supporting clients through every stage of deal execution. She brings deep experience advising buy-side clients on strategic acquisitions and partnering with sell-side clients to develop compelling, data-driven go-to-market narratives.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and European Studies from the American University in Bulgaria and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Illinois. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
