Jordan Cullinane
Coupa Practice
Based in CrossCountry’s Washington, DC office, Jordan leads the firm’s Coupa and Rossum practices nationally. With deep expertise in source-to-pay transformation, he helps finance and procurement leaders modernize how their organizations buy, pay, and manage spend, delivering greater visibility, stronger controls, and a scalable foundation for long-term growth. He is also a key driver of CrossCountry’s expanding presence in the Washington, DC market.
With more than 15 years of experience, Jordan has led large-scale source-to-pay transformations for public and private equity-backed organizations across the full procurement lifecycle: vendor onboarding, sourcing, contracts, invoicing, and accounts payable. He guides clients through technology selection, process design, and change management for complex, global rollouts, keeping execution grounded in both rigor and practicality. A founding member of CrossCountry’s Coupa service line, Jordan helped scale the practice to more than 150 consultants and 1,000 client engagements. In 2025, he founded the firm’s Rossum practice, extending CrossCountry’s capabilities into AI-powered document processing and accounts payable automation.
Prior to CrossCountry, Jordan spent six years at Cambridge Associates as a Team Lead and Investment Analyst, advising endowments and foundations on private equity, investment performance, and asset allocation. That foundation sharpens his ability to connect procurement strategy to the financial outcomes CFOs and investors care about most.
Jordan holds a BS in Economics from Lafayette College and is certified across all Coupa and Rossum modules.
