With more than 30 years of experience in professional services roles and extensive experience serving energy clients in the southwest region, John provides strategic guidance to CrossCountry and the leadership team pertaining to market trends and opportunities, attracting and retaining talent, expanding its presence in the southwest market, and growing their solutions and capabilities.
A retired partner from KPMG U.S., John previously served as Vice Chair for Clients and Markets where he oversaw client relationship development in their largest markets and industry sectors, as well as the National Managing Partner for Market Development, National Sector Leader for Energy, National Resources and Chemicals, and the Head of Power and Utilities for the Americas. He served as lead partner for many of KPMG’s clients in the energy industry and led advisory engagements in areas including strategy, M&A, organizational design, business process improvement, management reporting, and risk management and compliance.
John received his MS with honors in Accounting from Illinois State University.
