Jillian is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Accounting Advisory practice, bringing over 14 years of experience in the financial services sector. Based in the firm’s New York office, Jillian specializes in delivering innovative solutions to complex accounting challenges, operationalizing new standards, and driving IPO readiness for clients across banking, asset management, insurance, and financial technology (FinTech). Her expertise spans technical accounting, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and process optimization, making her a trusted advisor to organizations navigating dynamic financial landscapes.
Throughout her career, Jillian has led a wide range of high-impact engagements, including technical accounting standard adoptions, IPO and de-SPAC transactions, audit readiness, SEC/Financial Reporting, system implementations, and post-merger integrations. She is recognized for her ability to quickly assess accounting implications, enhance operational efficiency by identifying and addressing pain points within accounting and finance functions, and design future-state operating models that drive long-term value. Prior to joining the firm, Jillian honed her expertise at CFGI as the National Financial Services Leader. She began her career in audit at PwC and later served as Manager in Deloitte’s Banking & Capital Markets Advisory practice.
Jillian holds a B.S. in Business Administration with dual majors in Accounting and Finance from Monmouth University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In 2024, Jillian was honored as one of the “Top Women Leaders” by Women We Admire, a testament to her influence and leadership in the industry.
