Erik Linn

Executive Chairman

Erik is Executive Chairman of CrossCountry Consulting, bringing over 20 years of experience founding, leading, and growing consulting businesses. After beginning his career at Arthur Andersen, he took his first step into entrepreneurship at age 25 and launched Capital Advisory Services, LLC. He led that firm through five years of significant growth before selling it to Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse) in 2004, where he went on to serve as Managing Director and Practice Leader of the Finance and Accounting Solutions practice and as a member of Navigant’s Management Committee.

Erik co-founded CrossCountry in 2011 with a clear mission: to give both employees and clients a fundamentally better experience. Under his leadership, CrossCountry has built a culture rooted in four core values – excellence, energy, collaboration, and impact – and a reputation for attracting top talent without ever lowering the bar. His defining leadership philosophy is straightforward: it’s all about the people.

Erik is deeply committed to strengthening the communities in which he lives and works, supporting a number of charitable causes. He currently serves as a Summa Cum Laude level sponsor with the Higher Achievement Gannon Society and previously served on the board of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington.

Erik holds a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University.
