Dilpreet is a Partner in the Private Equity practice at CrossCountry Consulting, based in the San Francisco office. With over a decade of experience in financial due diligence, Dilpreet serves as a trusted strategic advisor to private equity sponsors, corporate acquirers, and founders navigating the complexities of the M&A lifecycle. She specializes in providing comprehensive buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services, offering deep expertise in quality of earnings, working capital and cash flow analysis, and purchase agreement considerations. Dilpreet has led engagements across a diverse industry footprint, including industrials and manufacturing, technology and SaaS, construction, transportation, and business services.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Dilpreet was a Partner at Corporate Diligence Specialists (CDS) where she led buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients, including platform and add-on acquisitions, acquisitions as part of a roll-up strategy, and complex carve-out transactions. Her experience includes evaluating stand-alone financials, shared services, and transitional service arrangements to ensure successful deal execution. Earlier in her career, Dilpreet served as a Senior Analyst at Accenture in San Francisco and Toronto, where she aided in the creation and execution of program strategy for large joint ventures and provided project management and financial analysis support across the healthcare and technology sectors.
Dilpreet is a CFA Charter holder and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
