Brian is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Business Transformation practice, where he leads Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), transformation, and artificial intelligence initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience, he partners with CFOs and executive leadership teams to modernize finance functions, drive digital transformation, and enable data-driven decision making.
He has led enterprise transformation programs that delivered measurable outcomes, including operational efficiencies, margin improvement, and scalable FP&A capabilities through strategic operating model design, process improvement, and implementation of modern finance platforms. Prior to CrossCountry, Brian led Accenture’s global OneStream EPM practice, advising clients across industries such as energy, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and technology.
Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University and is a frequent speaker and thought leader on finance transformation, EPM innovation, and the use of AI in modern business operations.
