Ben Hatten

Salesforce Co-Lead

Ben is a Partner and Co-Lead of CrossCountry’s Salesforce practice, based in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Operating nationally, he leads revenue growth, business development, and private equity sponsor relationships across the practice. Ben works closely with the practice’s largest clients on complex transformation programs, helping organizations turn the Salesforce platform into a driver of strategic value. He also plays an active role in building out the practice’s delivery capabilities, ensuring teams are equipped to meet the demands of enterprise-scale work.

Ben brings 15 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with deep expertise in revenue operations, lead-to-cash, AI systems rollout, and private equity-backed organizations. Prior to CrossCountry, he co-founded and led Dupont Circle Solutions (DCS), a Salesforce consulting firm he grew over 12 years into a top-tier partner in the ecosystem before its acquisition by CrossCountry. Before DCS, Ben worked across the startup and venture ecosystem, giving him a strong foundation in high-growth business environments and a sharp instinct for scaling teams, relationships, and results.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
