Bedros is a Partner in CrossCountry Consulting’s Accounting Advisory practice. Based in the firm’s San Francisco office, he is responsible for strategically driving growth and expanding CrossCountry Consulting’s market presence in the Bay Area. Bedros brings over two decades of accounting advisory experience to the firm, specializing in integrated and financial statement audits, technical accounting, SEC compliance, IPO readiness, mergers, and acquisitions.
Throughout his career, Bedros has cultivated deep expertise across the technology, real estate, life sciences, leasing, cleantech, and consumer markets sectors. He is a recognized leader in developing AI-enabled audit tools, and spearheaded cross-functional generative AI growth strategies. His technical knowledge covers SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley, and IFRS, and he has served as a national office technical advisor and frequent public speaker on complex accounting topics. Prior to CrossCountry, Bedros served as an Audit Partner in KPMG’s Technology and Real Estate practices where he led integrated and financial statement audits of technology and real estate companies including public and private, VC-backed software companies, public REITs, and private real estate funds and developers.
Bedros holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California and a BA in Cognitive Science with an emphasis in Software Computational Modeling from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a member of the AICPA and CalCPA.
