Private Equity, Financial Due Diligence Co-Lead
Anthony is the Financial Due Diligence Co-Lead in the Private Equity practice at CrossCountry Consulting. With over 23 years of deep experience in transaction and financial advisory services, he is responsible for the overall strategy, practice development, and delivery of due diligence services for the firm’s private equity and corporate clients. Anthony provides strategic counsel on a wide range of M&A activities, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, working capital negotiations, and closing statement preparations for acquisitions, divestitures, and complex carve-out transactions.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Anthony was a key leader at Corporate Diligence Specialists (CDS) for over 19 years. Before that, he served as a Vice President at JP Morgan Partners, LLC (JPMP), where he managed a diverse portfolio of middle-market buyout and venture capital investments, structured secondary sale transactions, and informed key investment decisions. Anthony began his career at Deloitte & Touche, providing financial assurance and advisory services to clients in the financial services, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
Anthony is a CFA Charterholder. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
