Albert is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Business Transformation practice. Based in the New York office, he focuses on expanding the firm’s local market presence while building a comprehensive national operating model for the Banking and Capital Markets industry. Albert actively aligns capabilities across Business Transformation, Risk, and Accounting Advisory to meet the evolving demands of modern business executives. By bringing new vendor partnerships and relationships into the ecosystem, he empowers organizations to drive strategic value, harness digital transformation, and optimize operational efficiencies.
With 15 years of experience, Albert specializes in guiding large, global organizations through complex front-office, finance, risk, and compliance transformations. Prior to CrossCountry, he spent nearly 12 years at Accenture, leading major commercial and investment banking transformation initiatives across Europe and New York. His expertise centers on leading COO Advisory offerings to revamp data processes and successfully integrating Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics into enterprise operations. Earlier in his career, Albert provided philanthropic fundraising and social consulting services at the Servei Solidari Foundation in Barcelona, helping small business owners navigate economic challenges.
Albert holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Business Administration from ESADE Business School, along with studies at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He earned Summa Cum Laude honors in M&A Transaction Advisory at ESADE and currently serves as a Board Member for ESADE Alumni in New York.
