Projects and opportunities at CrossCountry are as diverse and varied as our People. We acknowledge that consultants seek a wide variety of projects with different challenges and expectations in order to broaden their skill set and experiences.

We recognize that to grow professionally and discover true strengths, consultants should be exposed to several industries and solve complex problems. This is why we offer our consultants the opportunity to work on a broad scope of projects, opportunities, clients and industries in order to satisfy inner curiosity and allow our people to learn and grow.

A Day in the Life

Megan Smith

Ankita Makkar

As a Senior Consultant, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles across industries such as private equity, financial services, and education technology. Brian Casten

As an Associate Director in our Finance & Operations Service Line, I have had the opportunity to lead both large and small teams in a variety of different projects from providing assistance to a large company in its implementation of a new accounting system to the acceleration of the monthly close process for publicly traded companies within a variety of different industries.

Getting Involved

Beyond delivering client service, at CrossCountry you have the opportunity to leave your mark on the firm.  We communicate frequently with employees through formal forums and informal check points and solicit their input to ensure that our programs and policies continue to meet their interests and needs.

Internal committees and working groups offer employees the opportunity to help build our operations and guide the direction of our service lines. Whether you are interested in getting involved in knowledge management, community service, communications or planning social events, our committees welcome fresh ideas and participation across levels and teams.

Within our working groups you can help build our service lines and service offerings by participating in strategy, practice development, marketing, and business development activities.  Our working groups work closely with senior leaders to build content, thought leadership and strategy around key market concepts and areas of concentration.
