Mark Costello
Business Transformation
Mark is a Partner in CrossCountry’s national Business Transformation practice. Based in the firm’s New York office, he is an expert in building and leading businesses and teams with global and regional focus on revenue enhancement, value creation, and performance management. With extensive expertise in transformations, operational effectiveness, and management of corporate services, he will provide leadership for the firm’s large enterprise accounts, as well as growing and elevating CrossCountry’s presence in the New York market.
Mark has over 25 years of business and consulting experience transforming organizations. Prior to CrossCountry, he spent over 23 years as a Partner at EY, most recently serving as Senior Partner and Market Sector Leader for the Industrial Manufacturing and Mobility sector where he developed and implemented go to market strategy solutions and grew market share across aerospace, manufacturing, chemicals, and professional services subsectors.
Mark received his MA in Economics from New York University and Doctor of Law from New York Law School. He is a member of the New York and Connecticut State Bars, and an Executive Board Member of the Lower East Side Tenement Museum.
