Razmig is a Partner in the Accounting Advisory practice at CrossCountry. With a robust background in technical accounting and risk compliance, Razmig serves as a strategic advisor to clients navigating complex financial reporting landscapes. He specializes in the implementation of critical accounting standards, while also providing expert guidance on SOX compliance. Razmig is dedicated to empowering the Office of the CFO by delivering the deep technical insights and regulatory expertise needed to drive accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Razmig was a Partner at CNM LLP, where he oversaw the firm’s Professional Practice Group. In this capacity, he supported numerous engagement teams in delivering technical accounting and risk services. Before his tenure at CNM, Razmig served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at a Los Angeles-based publicly traded community bank. His responsibilities included interpreting new accounting and regulatory rules, managing FP&A, and overseeing capital and liquidity planning. He began his career in the audit practice at KPMG where he led integrated financial statement audits for multi-national SEC registrants and financial institutions.
Razmig is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in California and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Oakland University. Committed to community impact, he serves as a Corporate Advisory Board Member for Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration.
