Jim Logothetis to bring extensive advisory and leadership experience
MCLEAN, VA, January 18, 2023 — CrossCountry Consulting, a leading business advisory firm, today announced that Jim Logothetis has joined the firm’s Board of Advisors. A financial expert with global leadership experience, Logothetis will provide objective insight for the company to aid overall strategic direction and decisions, support the evaluation of market opportunities, and provide operating and management advice.
Logothetis brings more than 40 years of experience in the advisory industry, having held a number of senior leadership roles at Ernst & Young (EY) throughout his career. He has extensive knowledge of SEC financial reporting rules and regulations, familiarity with corporate financial staff organization and development, as well as comprehensive experience with merger and acquisition integrations. A proven industry leader, Logothetis provides guidance related to audit, accounting, regulatory issues, board governance matters, and enterprise risk management.

Before retiring from EY in 2019, Logothetis held the position of Lead Partner to some of the firm’s largest global clients – public and private. Logothetis has considerable boardroom experience that includes more than 500 audit committee and board meetings. He holds an M.B.A. in Accounting, Finance and International Business from The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Accountancy from De Paul University. He is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
