Ronan Curran to help lead a team focusing on the needs of private equity firms throughout the country

December 17, 2020 (McLean, VA) — CrossCountry Consulting, a leading business advisory firm, today announced that Ronan Curran has joined the firm’s national Private Equity practice, effective immediately. Utilizing his deep industry experience providing merger and acquisition, financial reporting, internal controls, and other strategic advisory services to CFOs and private equity sponsors, Mr. Curran will help lead a dedicated team in supporting clients’ event-driven financial and operational needs.

As a qualified chartered accountant with over 14 years of experience, Mr. Curran has led complex engagements for both Fortune 100 corporations and private equity clients across multiple industries. With a key focus on financial due diligence, general transaction consultancy, cross-border transactions, and performance improvement identification through data and analytics, his extensive expertise and experience will support CrossCountry’s growing national Private Equity practice. The company regularly assists portfolio companies with due diligence, integrating newly acquired investments, selecting and implementing new back-office systems, improving financial reporting processes, and preparing for strategic exits.
