Pride Month is both a celebration and a reminder of the importance of creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work and beyond.

Through our PRIDE Community Resource Group (CRG), CrossCountry celebrated June with opportunities for employees to connect across markets, strengthen community, and recognize the ongoing impact of LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace.

This year’s Pride programming brought employees together through shared experiences in Boston, Washington, DC, and New York City, where our teams attended Pride-themed baseball games in their local markets. In Washington, DC, the celebration began with a Pride happy hour before the Washington Nationals baseball game, giving employees an opportunity to connect more personally before heading to the ballpark. The event reflected the heart of our CRG programming: building community through intentional moments that help employees form meaningful relationships across teams, levels, and backgrounds.

A defining moment of the month took place in Boston, where CrossCountry was named a 2026 LGBT Corporate Ally Honoree by the Boston Business Journal as part of its Business of Pride awards. Members of our PRIDE CRG leadership team, along with several Boston Partners, attended the celebratory event and joined other honorees recognized for their commitment to advancing LGBTQ+ inclusion across the Greater Boston business community.

This recognition reflects the continued dedication of our employees, PRIDE CRG leaders, and allies who help foster a culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported. It also reinforces the role that community plays in shaping workplaces where inclusion is not limited to a single month, but embedded in how people connect, lead, and show up for one another every day.

Together, these moments reflect our broader commitment to belonging at CrossCountry. Through our PRIDE CRG and broader Community Resource Group network, we remain focused on creating opportunities for employees to build connection, celebrate identity, and contribute to a culture where all individuals can thrive.

We believe that when people feel free to be themselves, teams grow stronger, communities become more connected, and organizations are better positioned to lead with purpose.
