In celebration, each local office catered sweet treats such as donuts, pretzels, cakes, and other desserts. Employees also participated in fun activities to recognize their colleagues, reflect on the power of collaboration and impact, and maintain enthusiasm and pride. Activities included CrossCountry trivia, employee “Guess Who,” scavenger hunts, and candy guessing games, all designed to bring the community together and offer a chance to win company swag prizes. Additionally, some offices extended the celebration with happy hours nearby.
