Jeremy is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Integrated Risk Management practice. With over two decades of experience in accounting consulting and auditing, Jeremy serves as a strategic resource for clients navigating complex financial landscapes. He specializes in guiding companies through the IPO process, providing critical support in IPO readiness, technical accounting matters, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Jeremy is dedicated to empowering finance functions by delivering the technical expertise and leadership needed to drive growth and ensure regulatory excellence.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Jeremy was a Partner at CNM LLP, where he served as the Orange County office managing partner. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in helping clients successfully execute initial public offerings and manage complex accounting projects. Before his time at CNM, Jeremy was an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG. There, he led audit teams through intricate accounting issues and SOX compliance mandates for a portfolio of public and private companies, including some of the firm’s largest technology clients in the region.
Jeremy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in California. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Biola University.
