Jennifer is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Integrated Risk Management practice, based in the firm’s New York office. With close to 20 years of experience in public accounting and SOX compliance, Jennifer serves as a trusted advisor to organizations navigating complex regulatory environments. She specializes in designing and enhancing internal control frameworks that are both effective and sustainable for growth.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Jennifer was the market lead for CNM’s New York Internal Controls & SOX Advisory practice. In this role, she guided pre-IPO clients on internal controls, led year-one SOX compliance programs, and assisted with controls rationalization and material weakness remediation. Before her time at CNM, Jennifer served as a Financial Services Auditor at Ernst & Young for over 10 years. There, she serviced the largest credit card processor in the United States, leading financial statement audits and SOC-1 attestations. She has a deep understanding of the processes, controls, and accounting issues specific to the payments industry, and she regularly advised C-suite management and audit committees on the effectiveness of accounting and operational systems.
Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York. She holds a MBA in Accounting from Pace University.
