Hinesh is a Partner in the Accounting Advisory practice at CrossCountry. With over 20 years of diverse accounting experience, Hinesh serves as a strategic advisor to financial executives, bringing deep expertise in US GAAP, technical accounting, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He specializes in guiding clients through complex financial milestones, with a primary focus on IPO readiness, SEC reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. Hinesh is dedicated to empowering the Office of the CFO by delivering the technical precision and strategic insights needed to navigate regulatory requirements and drive business growth.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Hinesh was a Partner at CNM LLP, where he led and oversaw the firm’s Accounting and Transaction Advisory practice. During his tenure, he successfully guided numerous companies through the IPO process and advised on a broad spectrum of accounting services, including technical accounting, financial reporting, and the implementation of new business processes. Before that, Hinesh was at Deloitte where he focused on serving both public and private companies across the technology, manufacturing, consumer business, and entertainment industries, helping them manage complex compliance and reporting challenges.
Hinesh is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in California and holds the Deloitte International Financial Reporting Standards Accreditation. He earned his B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Southern California. An active leader in the profession, Hinesh maintains memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
