Blake is a Partner in the Business Transformation practice at CrossCountry, based in Houston, TX. He leads the firm’s growth initiatives across the Texas market while also serving as a subject matter expert for transformation in the Private Equity SaaS sector across the nation. Blake empowers modern finance executives to drive strategic value, specializing in Lead to Cash process automation, enterprise operating model transformation, and rapid cost optimization.
Before joining CrossCountry, Blake spent seven years at Strategy&, advancing to Director of Cloud and Digital Strategy. In this role, he directed a global technology resilience program, led a $200 million capital improvement transformation for a major energy client, and drove 25%+ G&A cost savings at multiple clients. His deep expertise in growth strategy, cost takeout, and agile delivery helps organizations create value quickly. He began his career gaining foundational industry experience as a Landman at Expand Energy.
Blake holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, and Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma.
