Annual Conference Brings together Finance Industry Leaders to Discuss Efficiency, Productivity and Performance in Today’s Evolving Organizations 

McLean, VA, November 10, 2014CrossCountry Consulting, a results-focused professional services firm and strategic advisor, announced that Chief Operating Officer Amy Bjarnason will speak at the Intacct Advantage 2014 Conference on November 13, 2014 in Orlando, Florida. The Conference brings together Chief Financial Officers and industry leaders to discuss key issues facing CFOs today and best practices in building and shaping world-class finance organizations.

Intacct Advantage 2014, is an annual conference for Intacct customers and partners, providing introductory workshops, advanced training, education, advice and insights to key implementation decisions. Amy Bjarnason is scheduled to speak on key lessons learned from implementing Intacct in a professional services organization. Bjarnason will offer a first-hand account of CrossCountry Consulting’s Intacct implementation process highlighting key decisions, including integrating with payroll giant, ADP and a cloud-based expense management solution.

Amy Bjarnason brings more than twenty years of experience in operations at top consulting and accounting firms. Amy’s responsibilities at CrossCountry include overseeing finance, human resources, recruiting, technology, sales and marketing, and management reporting. Prior to joining CrossCountry Consulting, Amy served as a Director of Operations at Navigant Consulting where she led the strategy and building of an internal operations platform to support 75 consultants and $45M of revenue. Her experience at Navigant included a global role where she led the Operations team for the Construction Practice based out of London.

Amy also held operational leadership positions at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen where she managed finance, human resources, marketing, and communications for the Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Philadelphia and Delaware offices and supported upwards of 1,600 professionals. Prior to her operational experience, Amy was an auditor with Arthur Andersen and maintains her CPA. Amy is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.
