Jennifer is one of CrossCountry’s leaders within its Workday practice. She has over 15 years of experience specializing in HR and HR Software space, including sales, strategic direction, delivery oversight, and HR transformation. Her experience includes evaluating current and future technologies and leading teams to support both short and long-term HRIS initiatives.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Jennifer worked for IBM Workday Consulting Services as a Client Portfolio Manager, where she provided executive oversight, quality assurance, and account management for Workday HCM, Financial and Student engagements. She also served as Director of Human Capital Management at Infor, where she was responsible for the overall success of portfolio projects to include client referencability, quality metrics, and delivery on time and within budget. In addition, Jennifer was also a Systems Development Manager at Lithia Motors in the firm’s Human Resources Information Systems division.
Jennifer received a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from University of Puget Sound.
