Jennifer Goode
Business Transformation
Jennifer has over 17 years of experience specializing in business systems, corporate accounting and finance function consulting. Her experience includes finance transformation initiatives, business process improvement, financial systems implementation, finance organization design, acquisition integration, project management, training and change management.
Prior to joining CrossCountry, Jennifer worked for ICF International as a Vice President and Executive Director, leading the Finance Transformation Office and then directing transformation projects for their Europe & Asia Operating Group. She has implemented a variety of solutions including Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Maconomy, across a wide range of government and private sector industries, including State and Federal Government Contractors, Defense Contractors, Mortgage Banking, Fortune 500 Financial Institutions, Commercial Real Estate and Non-Profits.
Jennifer received her BS in Finance from the University of Florida and she is currently working towards her MBA from Henley Business School.
