(McLean, VA) CrossCountry Consulting, a leading management consulting firm announced today that Karalee Britt will be joining CrossCountry as a Director with the firm’s Enterprise Risk & Internal Audit service line.
Karalee has over a decade of experience leading organizations through internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and regulatory compliance. Her executive-level industry experience in publicly traded companies will further enhance CrossCountry’s growing leadership in the risk consulting market space.

Prior to joining CrossCountry Consulting, Karalee served as Vice President of Internal Audit with Strayer Education where she was responsible for designing and maintaining efficient compliance frameworks that supported institutional, federal and state requirements. Before joining Strayer Education, Karalee was the Vice President for The Mills Corporation where she established and developed the internal audit function, implemented the SOX program, and worked with senior management on implementing an enterprise-wide risk assessment process. Karalee began her career in the consulting industry working for Arthur Andersen.
Karalee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
