Juliana’s responsibilities include setting the talent acquisition strategy and overseeing the talent acquisition and talent management functions.
Juliana began her career as a Big 4 consultant and gained experience with structured finance, process improvement and finance transformation. She transitioned into recruiting and HR after pursuing her MBA from the Smith School of Business and has built a high functioning talent acquisition team at CrossCountry Consulting. In her current role she also oversees all aspects of talent management, including onboarding of new hires, collaborating on building the right teams for client proposals, and working with consultants to marry their interests and skills with new project opportunities.
Juliana received her BA in Economics and International Relations from Boston University and her MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
