Five years ago, we shared a vision for creating a distinctly new type of advisory firm, one that would bring the best aspects from our Big 4 and Arthur Andersen roots along with an unwavering commitment to building the right culture.

We agreed that the company’s culture would be the most important asset and success factor leading to the recruitment, retention and loyalty of some of the best people in the industry.
From the beginning, we set out to not grow for growth’s sake; instead, we believe in hiring the right people that fit our culture and continuously developing them into great consultants. If we can do this, growth will take care of itself.
