Jennifer Goode

Business Transformation

Jennifer is a Partner in CrossCountry’s Business Transformation practice and leads the Finance Transformation National Practice. She has over 20 years of experience partnering with clients through transformational initiatives including organizational redesign, business process improvement, finance and technology strategy, acquisition integration, and system implementations. Jennifer’s experience spans multiple industries including professional services, government contracting, non-profit, healthcare, and technology. ​

Prior to joining CrossCountry, Jennifer worked for ICF International as a Vice President and Executive Director, leading the Finance Transformation Office and directing transformation initiatives in the US and Europe. Jennifer started her career in Corporate Accounting in a Fortune 500 company before moving to the Business Information Systems practice at Baker Tilly. ​

Jennifer received her BS in Finance from the University of Florida and Post Baccalaureate Degree from Henley Business School.
