Chad Geary is the Director of Business Development for CrossCountry Consulting, and is responsible for leading the firm’s revenue strategy nationally. In this role, Chad is focused on the delivery of CrossCountry’s go-to-market strategies with both new and existing clients. He is also responsible for establishing effective operational disciplines within the sales process across our offices and practice areas.
Chad brings over 15 years of experience having served in various roles where he managed complex sales and deal cycles. Chad’s experience with Morgan Stanley, Accenture, Fannie Mae and Primatics (SS&C) has afforded him a unique understanding of the financial services vertical and also the business needs of finance, risk and technology executives.
Chad received his BS in Finance from Virginia Tech.
